A critical requirement was an effective learning initiative that would not only enhance technical expertise but also empower professionals to clearly communicate the strategic value of enterprise architecture (EA).

A custom-designed mentor-led sessions to foster EA Strategic Mindset
StackRoute crafted a five-month learning program specifically designed to meet the needs of DXC’s enterprise architects. The program was structured into three essential phases: EA Strategic Mindset, EA Processes, and Moving from "T" to "X."
