To support high-velocity transformations, the client employs advanced execution models, a unique product engineering approach, and expert teams. To scale this approach effectively, it was crucial to build capable product engineering and management teams. One key focus area identified was the development of Graduate Management Recruits (GMRs) into skilled Product Owners who can quickly transition into client-facing roles. This requirement led to a 4-week custom learning intervention, providing a robust foundation in product management and preparing GMRs to be deployed as Product Owners.

In response to this challenge, StackRoute designed a targeted 4-week Product Manager Training Programs aimed at GMRs. This program was meticulously developed to provide a robust foundation in product management, equipping recruits with the necessary skills to take on the roles of Product Owners effectively.
